What is the Bezahl.de Help Center?

In the Help Centre, you can quickly and easily find answers to all your questions about payment processing with bezahl.de.

Use the search function at the top of the page to search for specific topics or keywords – for example, ‘What are the advantages of bezahl.de’ or ‘How does the payment invitation work’. With our new AI function, you can also ask more detailed questions. In most cases, you will receive a comprehensive answer automatically. If this does not work, the relevant Help Centre articles will be displayed in any case.

Alternatively, you can access relevant articles directly via the categories. Each article explains step by step how to proceed – clearly and easily understandable.

 

Submit a request

If your question is not answered in the Help Centre, you can contact us directly by clicking on the ‘Submit a request’ button. 
Here you can describe your issue, add any relevant documents or screenshots, and submit the ticket. Your request will be automatically assigned to the right contact person.

 

Track the status of your request

Once you have submitted a request, you will receive a confirmation email. If you create an account in the Help Centre or log in, you can view the current processing status of your tickets at any time and communicate with support.
