How do i invite new users?

To invite users to an organization, select the "User Management" tab in the organization settings. Under "Invite User," enter the employee's email address, select their role, and click "Invite User." The invited user will receive an email to register or will find the organization directly after logging in. Invited users are displayed in the user management, where their roles can be adjusted or they can be removed from the organization if necessary.

 


 

Detailed User Management Instructions

There are two main ways to add users to your bezahl.de organization:

 

1. Via the organization settings

  1. Navigate to the settings: Select "Settings" in the menu under the specific organization.
  2. Invite User: Switch to the "User Management" tab. In the "Invite User" field, you can add new employees to the current organization.
  3. Enter details: Enter the user's email address, select the desired role for this user (e.g., Admin, Editor, Creator, Viewer), and then click the "Invite User" button.
  4. Notification and access: The invited user will receive an email. If they are not yet registered with bezahl.de, they can log in directly. If they are already registered, they can log in as usual and will then find the organization directly in the left menu. invite_user.png

2. Via User Management in the sidebar (alternative)

Alternatively, you can also invite users via "User Management" in the sidebar.

  1. Open window: Click "User Management" in the sidebar. A window will open where you can enter the email address of the user in question.
  2. Search for and configure users: Click "Search." A new window will appear where you can set the following options:
    • Organizations: Select the organization(s) the user should have access to.
    • Role: Specify the specific role the user should have in each selected organization.
    • Language: Set the default language for this user.

Managing invited users

All invited users are clearly listed in the user management. Here you have the option to adjust a user's assigned role at any time. If a user leaves the organization or no longer requires access, you can select them using the gear icon and use the "Remove user from organization" option.
