How does payment processing work for your customers?

Payment processing for buyers using bezahl.de is very simple and involves a few clear steps. First, the buyer receives a payment invitation by email. By clicking on the ‘View payment details’ button, they are taken directly to bezahl.de, where they can choose from various payment methods set up by the admin. After selecting the desired method and completing the payment, the merchant checks the status in bezahl.de. If the status is ‘Paid’, the goods can be handed over.

 


 

Payment processing by the buyer is carried out in simple and clear steps:

 

1. Payment invitation by email 

The buyer receives an email with a payment invitation. This email contains a button labelled ‘View payment details’. When the buyer clicks on this button, they are redirected to their payment details on bezahl.de.

2. Select payment method

In the payment details, the buyer can choose from various payment methods. The options available depend on the settings of the bezahl.de admin.

The buyer selects the desired payment method and proceeds to the payment processing step.

3. Complete purchase

To complete the payment process, the merchant checks in the bezahl.de system whether the money has already been received. As soon as the payment status is set to ‘Paid’, the goods can be handed over.
