The Tink interface transmits within seconds whether the account has sufficient funds and the payment has been successfully received by the bank. This means that as a merchant, you receive payment confirmations around the clock, even on weekends or outside of business hours, making vehicle deliveries flexible and efficient.
This is how the payment process works for your customers:
1. The customer enters the BIC and IBAN of their own bank.
2. The customer logs into their online banking account.
3. After the details have been checked, the payment is authorised using the usual TAN procedure.
Important information for smooth processing
1. The customer's account must have sufficient funds.
2. The daily or transfer limit may need to be adjusted.
3. Depending on the bank or account model, a TAN generator or bank card may be required.
