Your merchant will send you an email with the subject line ‘Payment processing’ containing a personal link. This link gives you direct access to all payment information such as customer data, payment reference, purchase amount and a QR code, without having to log in. Click on ‘View payment details’ or scan the QR code to access your individual payment plan. There you will find all the relevant details about your purchase. Then select ‘Pay now’ and choose your preferred payment method.
Email with payment invitation
Your retailer will send you an email with payment information via our system as a payment invitation. The subject line will be ‘Payment processing’. You will receive a personal link via email that allows you to access all information about your payment directly without having to log in.
View payment information
The email contains your customer data, the payment reference, the purchase amount and a QR code at a glance. To proceed to the next step of the payment process, click on the ‘View payment details’ button or scan the QR code with your smartphone. You will then be redirected to your individual payment plan. There you will find all the information about your purchase as well as vehicle-related details.
Make payment
To make the payment, select the blue ‘Pay now’ button. In the next step, you will be shown the available payment options. Please note: The selection of payment methods may vary from retailer to retailer and may only be available for purchases above or below a certain amount.
