Payment link has expired – what now?

The link in your payment invitation is active for three days. Once it has expired, payment via this link is no longer possible.

If you require a new link, please click on the ‘Call up payment details‘ button in your first payment invitation. We will then send you a new payment invitation shortly, which will also be active for three days.

Please also check your spam folder. It is possible that the new payment invitation may end up there.
